Dr Lipsey quickly built a rapport with both of my daughters, including one on the autism spectrum. She was friendly, thorough and talked directly to the girls to find out what they were experiencing before offering her opinion/advice. She’ll be our only optometrist going forward.

Dr. Lipsey was very thorough and explained things to me well. This was my first time to see her, and I certainly will see her again. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable about her chosen work.

Dr. Lipsey is very down to earth, and clearly explained my options with my changing vision. Her time spent with me never felt rushed as she answered all of my questions. I'm not a fan of having my eyes checked, and she made me feel very comfortable, as did her nurse that saw me first (Rachel was her nurse's name I believe. She has a very quiet, calming personality, which helped me a lot). Definitely a 5-star visit with this physician, and also with the nurse/tech who roomed me, who deserves equal 5-star recognition.
