One the best dentist place ever . I came here seen I was little kid but as I got older I had no choice to transfer to different dentist places. I don’t know if the dentist guy is still there but he look like chubby , Hispanic, had a mustache on him . I had him as my dentist. Even though ever appointment he would always get mad at me but he’s saying the truth. He warned me so many times to take care of my teeth meaning no candy, gums and bushes your teeth so well because later on as you get older you gonna had teeth problems but my dumbass never listen and now I have lots of problems. When it came to wisdom teeth . He would refer to a great location and they would gave you a fast appointment not like NYU Langone On 55st and 2ave . his experience is excellent he would clean your teeth good a

Visited this dental practice for the first time yesterday with my two children. There was a little bit of a wait to see the dentist but it wasn't excessive. The office staff were courteous and efficient. The dentist was kind, approachable and gave my children sound advice. I would certainly return.

This place is great! Both doctor and staff are very welcome and friendly. This place is very hygienic. My daughter and I had a good experience; we only last 40 minutes on this place. Great doctor my daughter used to cry every time she was getting work done with her last doctor, but she didn't cry once with doctor Medrano. Great place!

I, too like the other reviewer, was turned away. The office refused to see my two year old who was complaining of pain and discomfort. Both of my children have been patients at this office, my son since the age of 6 months - he is now 9 years old. The "office manager" who checked the insurance eligibility insisted that the insurance wasn't active, even though the new insurance card clearly stated the current effective date. They urged me to contact the insurance company, which I did in the presence of the office assistants, who then asked to have the eligibility info faxed over. However, the dental department isn't open on the weekend - a fact that was shared with me by the dentist who also witnessed my futile attempts to contact the dental department.
