The most important part of getting a massage is to feel safe. Safety is required for relaxation. Jim S. is pretty good at massage. However, the manager and other employees there know that Jim likes to take liberties with women while they are vulnerable. That makes him not just unprofessional, but a predator. After reporting inappropriate touch over six months ago I still have had NO contact with the owner of this franchise. I know that other women have made complaints. There are a shortage of therapists right now, so it makes sense to keep Jim on the clock. That is disturbing and unethical, business as usual for Massage Envy Sunset Hills.

One hour massage with Esther was incredible. Best massage I've had in years. She's not afraid to really dig in and get to the trouble spots. Highly recommended.
