Been taking my kids here for the past 4 years and Doctor Michelle and stuff have been so helpful. They always know what’s best for my kids.

We love having Michelle as the kids doctor. We have been listened to about food allergies. In the past we have not been by other providers. We've been able to get in the same day when the kids are sick. Michelle and staff have been a joy to work with.

The Thompson location is absolutely awful!!! Stay far away if you care about the well being of your child!! I came with my son who had been seen at urgent care earlier that day. He was having bizarre issues with urinating. When entering the room, Michelle Jackson said she wouldn’t see us unless we had Covid testing done which we already had done a couple hours prior at urgent care. I tried to explain urgent care sent us for further evaluation of his kidneys. She wouldn’t even let me talk. Was super rude. Talked over me. Belittled me and my concerns. She insinuated that I wasn’t telling the truth about urgent care referring us to our clinic. Worst experience we have ever had anywhere. If you don’t care about a little boy experiencing these issues…why be a “doctor”? I am writing this the nex

Sent my oldest daughter to take my two younger kiddos in because they have been sick and me working in the medical field myself know that when you have white spots on your throat, needs to be treated. So they have been sick for over a week with a cough and white spots on their throat but nothing is wrong with them. One of my kiddos was asked if she took any meds which she made a mistake by saying I gave her antibiotics which in fact I gave her a prebiotic and probitic combo as it does look like thrush in her throat which I believe is caused by her inhaler. They wouldn't even address the fact she has asthma due to covid and won't give her another inhaler or even fill out her paperwork so she can use her inhaler at school. Shame on you! Never will I ever take my kids here again.worst clinic

They got all 3 of my kiddos in and out all together. The Dr was amazing with all of them, took her time and didn't rush through it all. She made us all comfortable and kept us laughing. It was great!
