Sunrise Pharmacy

By far the worst Pharmacy in the city. I don't understand how they're even up and running. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. No professionalism. Man that answers the phone is rude and then gets offended when you match his energy. Just throw the entire place away. If I could give negative stars I would.

I couldn't understand the Pharmacist. I don't think she likes other humans. Zero customer service skills. There's very thick plexiglass that covers 97% of the sales counter. The only open area (10" x 5") to TRY & communicate is where ur hands go to sign forms.

Went in to pickup my meds after calling and being told they were ready. When i arrived there I was told they didn't have any meds for me this month and I needed to call my doctor. I called and was told that the prescription was faxed and confirmed but they would send again. Meanwhile the lady helping me gets on computer, answers phone and then starts bottling medication with no gloves, nor did she wash her hands before starting with the meds. Once she receives fax, she apologizes and says she doesn't know what happened. I wouldn't reccomend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is a disgrace to helping people. I was without my medication for a month a had a bottle they told me to bring it to only update there system. Now I'm here there close when it say open they do what they want. An ever since I turned down the SA they acting harsh to me. I have proof.

They do not open when it says they do, do not answer the phone when called and rather sit there on their phones instead of unlocking the door for their customers
