Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care

i wanted to take a moment to say thank you to all the wonderful staff at Sunrise. My mother did her rehab there and everything was great. She loved the food and all of her caretakers. She was especially fond of a nurse name Tiara. She said she was great and actually felt like so many cared about her and for her. The place IS busy, but every time we visited, we could say nothing but good things. We recommend this facility!

This place isn’t fit for a human. They don’t take care of the patients. My brother was there and he lost 10 pounds because the food was in fit to eat. We had to take him meals so he could eat. They not give the right portion and it look unfit to even feed a dog . Therapy is a joke they do it for 30 minutes and charge you for 1 hour. He was there 3 weeks and had two showers. I went every day and his bed wasn’t made I had to ask for sheets and the nurse where very hateful and doesn’t want to help the patients. Please think twice before putting your family member there

You guys did really good in taking care of my spouse. Everyone was nice and polite, the only problem I had was the meal ticket continuing getting lost, but when I talked to the kitchen team they took note and kept it. The ADON/DON Christine was extremely helpful and very resourceful…. as long at the cooks in the kitchen and the DON is the same I will be coming back if needed.

We found the staff and residents to be pleasant and friendly. The facilities are clean and above average for a nursing home.

Our family has just recently had to place a loved one at Sunrise nursing facility. They have been very attentive and helpful with every situation. Steven and Tiffany in admissions have been a huge help. Their social worker Jessica is so nice! All the staff has been very nice, I appreciate the care that our family member is receiving. Thank you to all the staff!
