Dr. Jeff is the absolute best! My first visit, they took x-rays, which was a first, but I was happy they were taking my health seriously before making adjustments. I learned the curvature of my neck could need frequent adjustments from either a previous accident, or even just day to day tasks of sitting on a computer. Dr. Jeff has not only given me the tools to help myself, but always makes me feel better after being adjusted & letting me know when I'm needed to come back. So many of our nerves are blocked from bad posture and alignment. Do yourself a favor and START FEELING BETTER. Go see Dr. J!!!

I recently had a massage by Ronelle. It was amazing! He found every muscle knot and worked them all out. I have been more pain free over the past week than I have in several years. I will be a regular, for sure!

Nothing better than personalized treatment every time you go in. The massage therapists are wonderful as well Kathy is fantastic, she listens to your needs and does her best to make you feel great. Lorenzo gives the best massage ever, lots of deep stretching and focus on trouble areas. Highly recommend!
