My family member is at this facility, and EVERY time I walk into this place I feel the love of the staff... the love for their people they care for, the love for their jobs and all they do. This is one of the BEST places I've seen or been in. The activities are wonderful. They have been amazing to help us get my family member situated and cared for here. My family member greatly enjoys several staff members and calls them brilliant :) I'm super thankful they have taken such good care of my family member, keeping him safe and well the best they can. The one downside would be the food. My family member is Kosher and they seem to have trouble getting that right for him.

I have a family member staying at this facility, and like many people say, it can feel like a scary situation from beginning to end. I can only speak from my own experience, but so far it has been pretty darn good. I have communicated with the staff whenever I’ve had concerns, and every single time those concerns were addressed and taken care of. The staff is truly great. Today was picture day for the residents, and it was such a beautiful thing to witness. Everyone was smiling and happy to be around each other. Hair and makeup were done, laughter filled the halls, and you could just feel the joy. I even walked around cleaning residents’ glasses, and it gave me such a good feeling. I want to give a special shout-out to Laura, the social worker. She is amazing. Every question I’ve had ha

This was my second stay. The service quality was as excellent this time, as it was the first time. The staff was most professional yet friendly. All my my questions were answered. I became very ill with severe flu-like symptoms. I was given a most thorough set of attention and medication to help eliminate this problem. All in all, I will always recommend Sunrise Health Services anytime for both myself and others. It

Most of The CNA’s at the facility we’re lazy and rude. There’s a handful of good ones but for the most part, this is a horrible place to be. I was left alone in the dining room because I am wheelchair bound until they were closing the dining room down the kitchen. Staff was leaving. Nobody came to get me. I asked about five people nobody came. They don’t answer the buzzer that’s in your room that you press just a horrible experience. The food was disgusting. The social worker was rude. I was just a horrible experience. Don’t go there. Don’t send your family member there.

One of the worst-rated facilities around—and for good reason. Like many others have noted, this place has a dismal track record, including a 1-star rating from Medicare. Incredibly, Medicare has cut off funding to this facility three times. That alone should be a major red flag for anyone considering this place for themselves or a loved one. The Facility: The physical environment is in poor condition—dirty carpets, stained floors, broken furniture, and malfunctioning wheelchairs. The building also has a persistent odor that makes being inside unpleasant. While masks aren’t required, I’d still recommend wearing one just to help block the smell. The Care: Call lights are often ignored for hours. I saw patients left in hallways for long stretches, seemingly forgotten. Basic needs like hydra
