Deb is the best! (and major bonus points for being a PT too) I never had my bike fitted after purchase and noticed some pain in my neck and shoulders while riding, so decided to book an appointment. If you have hypermobility of your joints, Deb IS the physical therapist for you! Deb knows the pitfalls and tricks of lax joints and adapts exercises so you can gain joint stability, prevent injury, and enjoy your life!

Deb is amazing. I waited way too long to get fitted by her, and I was so happy I did. She listens and really works to find the best solution for you - whether that’s a tiny adjustment, or a whole new seat needed. I may go back from time to time to just see if I’m still in the right spot, and if I get a new bike, her clinic will be my first stop!
