Sunrise Dental Group Dr Monica Giuliani

Today I called after speaking with the Dr yesterday night. Dr.Monica is sweet but bc she won't fire her front desk who are always rude she will continue to lose people. The OFFICE MANAGER realized I tried to record her this morning and she changed her tone real quick. Dr. Monica if you record your phone calls please listen to how horrible she is. I definitely can not believe they have gotten aways with it this long. She yelled at me I called you yesterday morning. I told her I had my grandpa funeral she said okay well I called. I said okay then she was yelling over me I can not fit you today which I proceed to tell her thats okay Monday is fine. At this point bc of her tone and yelling I hit record it tells her she is now being recorded and she shes like sorry what in a low tone. I said

From someone who had been avoiding going back to the dentist this was a very pleasant experience. The whole staff was very helpful and informative from who I spoke with on the phone to being in the dental chair . I was very nervous from previous experiences elsewhere, but Dr Giuliani made sure the whole time that I was comfortable and if I ever started feeling discomfort she would stop. So if you are someone like me, who isn’t a big fan of the dentist I highly suggest coming here.

Going to Dr Guliani is like going to the spa! I’ve had pretty extensive procedures and never once had discomfort or pain. Her office has relaxing videos of homes with fireplace scenes in nature with relaxing piano music. Combine that with warm, comforting, highly competent staff and it’s a great experience! If I could give 10 stars I would. They are simply the best!!!

As always a great checkup Dr Giuliani and staff were very attentive and really concerned about my well being. Being a cancer patient you must be careful on.how you take care of your teeth And Dr Giuliani is on top of it I am totally chicken when it comes to.going to dentist She is in contact with my Dental Surgeon and oncologist to make sure I am receiving the proper care.

Sunrise Dental has been absolutely outstanding for me. I’m thankful to have found them. From Dr Michael Guiliani to the rest of the skilled professionals and staff, their knowledge and experience has made a huge difference for me. Sunrise dental has provided me with an easy and comfortable dental experience and I highly recommend them!
