Sunridge Dental Care

I really thought about not leaving a review, but I think it's important owners know what is going on in their practice. I made an apt online and received the forms. I could not get one of the forms to work so I called and they said I could come in early and fill out the forms. Great. Later that day a woman called from the office and stated that was incorrect. She was cold and very rude. She said there is no apt at that time available, you can't fill out the forms that way, and she had no idea who I spoke with. I ended the conversation. I don't want to work with a office like this. I am getting new teeth/ veneers and am going to spend $30,000- $50,000. I hope the owners see this review.

Sunridge Dental is the best! Dr. Birrer is an excellent, friendly, and patient provider. She provides an environment where I can ask questions which helps me feel comfortable, listened to, and supported. Danny (dental assistant) is wonderful also. He is always so friendly and welcoming! I’m currently in the process of doing Invisalign so I come into the office frequently and I actually look forward to my appointments which I can’t say about any other dental provider! Thank you for providing compassionate care!

Came in for a simple cleaning, they asked for my insurance which I provided them. This is the first time in this year, so they had to update my info. They stated they my insurance didn't start till 2027, which is obviously a simple mistake. Instead of even offering a few choices, the lady grunted and handed me back my card and didn't say anything else. I was like, I could just pay until this is resolved, such a simple thing. Terrible service after more than 8 years of going there. Never go back.

This dental office is impressive. I had to find a new dentist quickly. Working with them over several months I have found Dr McEvoy and staff knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. I especially appreciate how organized they are. I’m very happy with the services I’ve received.

I recently had a new patient appointment and cleaning at Sunridge Dental and had a great experience. I loathe the dentist in general, but this office made everything as pleasant as possible. I thought all staff were polite and professional and everyone including the dentist answered all of my questions. Scheduling was easy. I would definitely recommend this office!
