Banfield Pet Hospital

I have taken both my cats and dog to Banfield and Everytime they take excellent care of my babies. The front desk ladies are always so kind, the vet techs are always reassuring and Dr.Rosario is very thorough and shares all of the details of the visit. This last visit my cat had a procedure done and they worked with our budget to make sure it wasn’t too much of a strain on us. I appreciate this team so much!

DO NOT bring your loved one here. Especially if it is for quality of life/end of life care. They will spend all of your time trying to sell you on memorial pieces only to not provide a single piece of what was discussed. No paw prints. No hair patch. But they will for sure ask you if you want any or all of it and how many, only to say "sorry we forgot". No compassion for what is a difficult experience.

Don't be freaked out by the lack of reviews! This is a brand new location but it's staffed by knowledgeable and caring Banfield employees. The facilities are beautiful and clean with a nice modern aesthetic. They were amazingly patient and caring with my White Shepherd, Ghost, when he was nervous and uncertain. Putting both me and him at ease until he was rubbing his face into their hands and saying hello. Our appointment was quick, full of information, and I felt confident when I left he received the best care possible. Even if he did end up with a goofy haircut due to his head injury! Special shout out to Dr. Castleton, and their techs, Alina & Cristi, for the wonderful service. If I lived closer this would 100% be my go-to vet instead of an emergency stop!

2025 Update: In a year, this place has gone down hill. No one is answering the phone at all! Waiting time is short. Phones are being answered promptly. Went for a happy visit and the staff went beyond. 2 of them came out from the clinic and greeted our dogs; gave them treats and toured the place for a positive vet clinic visit.

⭐️ Warning to Other Pet Owners – I Would Give Zero Stars if I Could Do not trust Banfield with your pet’s health or your money. I brought my dog in months ago with what looked like a simple bug bite on his ear. I was told it was a hematoma and would go away on its own. No mention was made of what to do if it didn’t clear up. When it didn’t, they suddenly weren’t sure what it was anymore and wanted to run expensive imaging and testing. After doing my own research, I discovered it could be a simple bacterial infection. I bought a $15 spray, and within days it was almost completely healed — no thanks to Banfield. On top of this, I signed up for their Wellness Plan because it was supposed to cover neutering. I confirmed multiple times that the plan covered the procedure — even the day before t
