This Pharmagy is convinet and they always on time with my medication..

They are never able to fill my prescription, I have insurance, and a OTC card,but for some reason they can't fill it,plus they're rude,They can't fill it but they're quickly tell you you can pay for it, went to another pharmacy with no problems

I have been coming to Sunray pharmacy on 52nd St at Walnut for well over 30 years. I have never found a reason to complain. The genuine folks that work here are my other family. They truly take a sincere interest in every customer, which is what I love. All of the pharmacists will take time to explain a new medication to you to make sure you have a complete understanding of it before you leave. I want to support local businesses, and I’m not a fan of chains. However, they keep running out of my prescriptions and not having them in stock, even ones that have to be renewed that they know are coming. I tried to come by to pick up the one prescription I still had with them and the woman on the phone was very short with me, wouldn’t wait to hear my questions and hung up on me. Shorter hours, rude service, inconsistent supply - it’s too much. Also, when I’m trying to find out about safety precautions against Covid, in the store, because two of the people who I rely on for healthcare are out sick with Covid, so I would like to be as safe as I can, and they tell me they don’t have masks and I should just come in without one and then hang up on me, it doesn’t seem like they take either he
