This veterinary clinic has gone above and beyond to support me and my cat Ruby during her move from the US to Australia (pet immigration process). . This has not been an easy process but the clinic has helped a lot. Robert, the vet’s ma anger has been just incredible! I’m so very grateful that I found you! Thank you! Incredible care! I've been taking my cats to this vet for many years. They are thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and very kind with my cats. It's clear that everyone in the office genuinely loves animals and the office staff is also very courteous and kind. Also, I really appreciate that they have a cat only office right next to their main clinic that sees other species. I highly recommend this vet!

The staff at Sunnyvale Veterinary Clinic are always so helpful. The clinic is clean and welcoming. The doctors spend time during exams to answer questions and concerns. I have been a customer for over ten years and have always been happy with how well my pets have been cared for by the staff and doctors.

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here. The staff are all very friends, handle my (very anxious) cat well, and are very informative. I also appreciate that they go out of their way to reach out for follow ups, appointment reminders, etc.

Very disappointed with the receptionist, Kristen. My husband and I are currently looking for a new vet closer to home and were considering bringing both of our dogs here — our current dog and a new puppy we’re getting in a few weeks. I called hoping to get some basic quotes and information about recommended care for both, including the 12-month flea/tick shot I saw offered on their website. When I called, I was speaking to one receptionist and asking questions. When I asked about the flea/tick shot, the front desk transferred me to Kristen (another receptionist) to discuss pricing and details.
