Dr. Banh is THE BEST Eye Doctor that we have seen in Decades!! I've learned more from him about my eye health and my vision issues in the 2 years we have gone to him. Super friendly, smart and clearly passionate about his profession! I wish all medical professionals were this great!

I was really impressed with Dr. Banh. He was very friendly and explained my choices clearly. But, what impressed me really is that he fixed the old glasses I was wearing since it wasn't fitting me properly, without me remotely even asking for it. He took several iterations to fix it and clearly went above and beyond. Staff was helpful too answering my questions about the insurance.

Great eye exam with Dr. Hwang, appreciate her taking the time to answer questions and find the right fit. The exam is also comprehensive so overall great experience. Store side a little manipulative/upselling, but this is my first pair and learned it's common..

I’m writing this review three years after my eye exam. After seeing another doctor recently, I can say that Dr. Banh was very detail-oriented and clearly explained everything, including the pros and cons of each option he recommended. The staff was also very helpful and polite. My only complaint is that the frame I chose (calvin Klein) turned out to be poor in quality—the plastic wore out within two months. While I can’t necessarily blame the business for that, it was still a disappointing experience. Overall, I’m giving 4 stars.

Ty and Emily did a fantastic job helping me adjust my glasses frame and replace the nose pads. They were both very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the process. The adjustment was quick and precise — my glasses now fit perfectly and feel much more comfortable. I really appreciate their great service and attention to detail!
