I had a very disappointing experience at this spa. The therapist Julia (or Yulia), provided one of the worst massages I’ve ever received.Only provider working here i believe.. The service felt unprofessional and lacked proper technique or skill and my back pain further increased now…What made the experience even more uncomfortable was being directly asked how much I would tip.Tipping should always be optional and based on the client’s satisfaction it should never feel pressured or demanded. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I hope management aware of this seriously and works on improving both service quality and professionalism..outlet with good therapists.

I went in for a massage a few weeks back, all the staff were really welcoming and very friendly. The massage itself was invigorating and relaxing. Unlike a lot of other places, the price was reasonable and I felt much less tension in my back afterwards. Would definitely return!

i'm happy about my experience, was first scared because of some reviews but asked before how much tip is and i payed in total 61$ for 30 mins with tip, massage was relaxing and she was kind. Would recommend

I walked in and asked for cupping (no advance appoint). I was told to wait 40 mins - no problem and asked if I could wait there. They let me wait in a private room - great! They came in and asked how long I wanted my session and I said 1 hour. They told me it would be $60 and I had to pay in advance. Thought that paying in advance was odd, but did it. Then, an hour later they say all done. I looked and said what about the cupping and the woman barely understood me without a translation device (honestly). Translation said you come back for cupping next time. To which, I said, no, that was the whole reason I came today and I want it today.
