They make up every excuse not to release you medical records to you or anyone else thay requires them. They also sent me a letter terminating me once they found out I switched to a new neurologist. Thummala was treating me for seizures whole time I had vertigo and no signs of a seizure. I definitely would not recommend to anyone This statement is very accurate I signed at least 3 releases in their office and plenty more in my pcp and new neurologist office for more than 1yr time and NOTHING but excuses and/or no replies at times. I told them on numerous accounts I would pay cause it's "150$" so they say to obtain them. Also on my portal there are ZERO medical notes recorded so how can I obtain what's not there on my portal? I have no reason to lie about their HORRIBLE service

The doctor listened and answered my questions. He showed me information on his tablet and used props like a model. He does talk fast and has an accent but was so knowledgeable. I am a retired nurse but he didn’t know that before I met him. While I am still having some problems, it is not because he didn’t treat me, so I suggest all patients write down symptoms and questions before going. It is also important to remember that not all people will be healed or recover from your problems in neurology.

He was very nice, very informative, and seemed to really care about my medical issues. I highly recommend him if you need a neurologist. It may take a while for new patients but, when you get in, appointments are scheduled closer together. Even with the wait, he is worth it!

I have been a patient of Dr. Thummala's patient for about 3 years. I think he is wonderful, his staff, not so much. Getting through to anyone on the phone is a full time experience, as is getting them to call you back. Thummala has been thorough with me and knowlegeble about my somewhat rare condition. Perhaps if he spent more time in Paris, he would be more aware of the shortcomings of the staff.

Dr. Thummala takes extra time to listen to the patient, thoroughly reviews test results, and every appointment he has clear plan for treatment. Definitely a great neurologist I would highly recommend
