Quality Care ER

I had an excellent experience during my visit. The care provided was outstanding — the staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. The environment was calm, clean, and welcoming, which helped ease what could have been a stressful situation. I truly appreciated that I never felt like just another number; instead, I was treated with kindness and respect throughout my visit. Thank you for providing such high-quality care and creating a setting where patients feel valued and cared for.

Very sweet and amazing people my fiancée and I were cooking and he cut his hand open pretty bad, we went to Paris regional hospital and waited over 2 hrs and still no help so we left and went to quality care ER and let me tell you quick fast and in a hurry we were out of there. They got us in real quick and did a really good job at fixing him up if you need help fast this is the place to go!!🙏🫶🏼

I don’t usually leave reviews, but on Nov 4th, Quality Care ER saved my wife’s life. After being sent home from PRMC ER, despite dangerous lab results, we came here for a second opinion. Within minutes of seeing her blood work, they knew something was wrong and immediately arranged for her to be transferred to a hospital for the care she truly needed. By early that morning she had a blood doctor, kidney doctor, and a full medical team working on her. We were later told that if we had waited any longer, she may not have survived the night. The staff here were caring, fast, and honest. They didn’t guess — they acted. We will forever be grateful. Thank you for saving my wife’s life.

This is the best ER in Paris by far. Only issue I had was the QR code on the front desk that clearly says “Scan here for registration” doesn’t actually work so I sat there for about a hour without being checked in before the receptionist asked. She said she asked them to take it down and they haven’t. I do recommend you take it down since it doesn’t work. Doctors and nurses are very nice but sent me home with joint pain paperwork when I was getting my electrolytes and kidneys checked. They were very busy so I understand it was a hectic day and the last thing I wanted to do was bother them but they were very nice.

The check in process was absolutely great. We walked in and immediately were seen. The intake nurse was kind, but seemed to be in a rush. Dr. Zachary came in, shook my husband's hand and introduced himself. Could have been a bit more warm but I get it, he may have been tired. I appreciate his introduction. Now my issue was with the radiology tech. Tom. He came in smacking on food, didn't introduce himself and was just down right dry and rude. I've been on health care leadership for years and this is something I encourage my providers and staff to GREET AND INTRODUCE themselves to everyone. Heard of AIDET you should incorporate this in your daily walk. Surveys are a pivotal influence with regard to funding and bringing in patients. Now to the highlight of the visit. The disch
