My girlfriend moved in with me and now the people who take her to the medical appointments are poorly communicating the dates and times for her appointments and they all said they would notify her and they are not or else we would have found out yesterday about it. The supervisor said they are the best at notifying their clients but they are lying. Blaming her for not noticing their messages but I've even looked through it for her and they are lying about it. When will this stop like it is getting pretty ridiculous and I'm not appreciating it at all along with a lot of things they know I'm willing to take her to those appointments but I need to know where and when, so if they read this I would like to know WHEN WILL YOU DO THE RIGHT THINGS AND NOTIFY THE CLIENTS BETTER. I was almost rear ended AND side swiped by one of their company vehicles!!!! I called to complain about the driver and was lied to saying they did not have a van like the one I described and suggested it was a different companies vehicle. I went to their website and it has a picture of the exact van that almost killed me my 3 children and my unborn child. Driver was going at least 30 miles am hour, I put my blinker on and proceeded to slow down at the corner of Washington Street and 23rd and the driver of the company van was not paying attention and almost rear ended my vehicle!
