Love this bank!! Rose is the Assistant Branch Manager- she is the first person I see when I come in and she always takes great care of me! Very helpful, very knowledgeable, and always always kind and cheerful!!

Highly recommend, and Rose is the best!!! She went out of her way, beyond above and beyond and couldn't have asked for better customer service, and clarity on everything we needed better understanding on and found solutions to every problem we encountered. Couldn't have asked for a better representative to work with!

Oh my, where do i start. Oh yeah. Disregard all the positive reviews lmao. Worst bank ive ever banked with and that’s an understatement. Worst bank in greatbend and maybe even America. Will ruin ur lively hood, hold ur account, restrict it, they will even charge fees for a free checking.

Bank employees are great, but they charge to keep a checking and saving account. Tried getting an account setup where i didnt have to pay a bank to hold my money, they had no solution. Went to credit union.
