Suncoast Urgent Care

The doctor was amazing! He went above and beyond, answered all my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. He even asked what I was comfortable being prescribed since I mentioned I prefer to avoid medication when possible. The staff were incredibly friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone!

I went to this Urgent Care at approximately 8:20PM. I signed in after being told by a guy that was waiting to be seen that the system was down. Shortly after the receptionist appeared from the back and called my name to come to the desk. She asked the normal questions. Have you been here before? I said yes. Are you using insurance? I said yes. What are you here for? I told her. As I tried to give her my id she said wait she has to speak with the provider first. She cam back after about. 2 or 3 minutes later saying that the provider said she wasn’t seeing any more patients. Just the one already in the back since the system crashed earlier. I have been here twice now for my dot physical. Both times it was honestly pretty fast for a walk in clinic. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had zero issues here and will be back in 2 years for my next dot physical

I arrived at 8:30pm on a Friday night with a severely twisted ankle and everyone was awesome. The woman at the front desk was cheerful and explained everything. She is a patient woman! The young nurse who took care of me was warm, caring, and a joy to be around. She is an asset to that office. I was made to feel comfortable when I was in a lot of pain. Honestly this was the first time a male doctor listened to me. He was very careful with his examination. I asked him for something for the pain and he discussed options with me instead of brushing off my concerns. (In my experience male mds give us ladies Motrin unless we’re missing a limb) All in all a great experience except for the injury. Thank you for taking such good care of me. The staff in the provider at SUNCOAST urgent care Was amazing they were very knowledgeableI really enjoyed my experience. It was the best care I’ve received in a long time. I would definitely go back.
