They need to answer their telephones I have tried literally all day to call them Walmart has tried to call them today now my child will not get his medication like he's supposed to because they cannot answer their phones.

My son has been going to this office for many years, a few months ago he was seen by NP Stacey Payne-Peters. He had to have an ultra-sound of his neck we were waiting for her to call back with the results, there was no urgency on her part my husband had to demand to speak to her. My son had to go to the ER, and is now being treated at All Children's Hospital. We never heard back from her, or Dr. Griffen, this place has gone down hill. The staff is clueless. Don't go this this place they don't care.

I paid out of pocket for 2 visits because my daughter's insurance hadn't kicked in yet. When her state insurance came though I brought proof of insurance to the Drs office. I tried calling repeatedly to get my refund as the office was supposed to charge the insurance. I couldn't ever get though. There was NEVER an answer. The message said to send them a text. I did and never got any response. This office STOLE money by refusing to charge insurance. Do not go here!!

Qureshi saw my daughter and spent half of the appt mocking her mental health. Literally, like a child. “Ohhh, nobody loves me” “Woe is me”. We have been taking our daughters to see Qureshi since my oldest was a baby and she is currently 26. I will not be bringing my youngest back to see him again nor will I recommend this dr to others. What a disgrace. Did he not think about how mocking a 14 yr old girl could possibly EXACERBATE her issues? If this is how he speaks to children, he should not be allowed to treat them. Incredibly unprofessional.

They don't rate any stars. The Dr is awesome but his staff sucks. Changed Dr back in 2015 and they have had the request for the records since then. Just called the current pediatricians office to get a letter for my son for school and it has to come to deal with the records that I had was from there. Well to my amazement this doctor's office has not sent my son's records to his current pediatricians office I call up there and the secretary up there answer the phone says oh yeah we have the request form had it since 2015 still has not sent my child's records not a Happy Mama.
