Sun ‘N Lake Medical Group: Pediatrics

Got mixed feeling still about this practice.I'm hoping I get to meet the MDs the upcoming week.Looked so outdated and needs some life asthethic wise. Update: Still not satisfied with this practice they reschedule my appointment with the MD and after that I just can't get around their treatment plans for asthmatics. Also, they're just very robotic and its just another number for them.

First off, the office looks out dated and unwelcoming. When it was my turn to get in the room (for my physical), everything was fine with the first nurse/doctor who tested my. hearing,sight,etc. Then after that, the doctor/nurse (Y. Tirado-Fernandez) Review’ed my questions i awnsers i put on the clip board about mental health and other questions and proceeded to basically make me change my awnsers and would change my awnsers to awnsers i did not wish and when she would ask me for an example, she would understand and says it the response should rather be another awnser that wasn’t my thought. Later on, i had to do a urinal sample and i previously used the restroom before arriving there, therefore i couldn’t use the restroom. They provided water and i stated i can go a whole day without need

Denise misdiagnosed my grand baby.. continously stating it was nothing to worry about for almost a year and now my grand baby is fighting for her life at not even 2 years old.. but they want that co pay. Don't bring your kids there.. not recommend.

The hospital scheduled the appointment for my newborn‘s first wellness check. I called ahead of time and asked if they had a separate waiting room for infants to avoid them being exposed to sick children. The woman on the phone told me that as soon as we come in, they’ll take us back into a private room. When we arrived, there was a sick child running around the waiting room and coughing and sneezing everywhere while we waited for her to scan in all of our stuff. After she took forever to scan in our IDs, she brought us to a room with about 20 pages of paperwork to fill out. On the phone I was assured that the rooms were cleaned after every appointment yet the office was absolutely filthy, covered and dirt and God knows what else. I have been coming here for the past 10 years, they stay on top of my 3 kids needs and I am able to walk in if needed with no issues.
