Summit Spine & Joint Centers - Columbus

Many pain centers I have visited treat the patient's rudely but not summit spine and joint I'm very happy with the care I receive from all the staff there. They are kind, caring, and same genuinely interested in making your life better. I recommend . Summit spine and joint to everyone. You should give them a try they'll make you feel like a real person again!

I can tell you right now my experience has been above and beyond from the front desk to the back. I’ve had other experiences that were of nightmares from other places. NOT summit. Summit takes time to listen. They don’t make you feel like a number or a burden. They don’t treat you poorly in anyway period. Let’s talk about how clean Summit is! Spotless and organized. My very first visit I seen first hand how much they care about patients right down to going above and beyond to help a patient find the building , talk about going a step further. This was the first time at this business and I had a wonderful experience. When you have to see numerous doctors for numerous issues, sometimes it can be very disappointing how a business handles things, whether it's just their customer service skills or listening to you. From the time I walked in the door I was so pleased. They're administrative person at the front desk was friendly and very prepared. The Medical Assistant was fantastic! She was friendly, and very competent. The doctor was fantastic! He listened, took notes , asked me questions, allowed me to ask questions, you get the picture. He scheduled a procedure for me ASAP based everything we went over during my visit. So far, so good! Thank you Summit Spine and Joint centers!

Dr.Colon is AMAZING!!:I had been suffering with chronic back pain,neuropathy & restless legs for years! It was getting really debilitating and nothing my PCP tried was helping & I was referred to Summit Spine & Joint Center. Dr.Colon gave me my life back!! I no longer have back pain,(WITHOUT narcotics!!)My restless legs and neuropathy are both manageable as well. I can't recommend Summit Spine & Joint Center enough!!

The doctor and staff are extremely nice and attentive to our needs , the experience as to getting medication called in is absolutely horrible, the general number that they give us to call goes threw a switch board in charge of calling your medication in . That is the worst experience I’ve had and it’s been 3 weeks still waiting on medication to be called in to the pharmacy and further more the pharmacy that I use is telling me they aren’t responding to calls. Absolutely horrible. The issue when we all struggling with pain is properly take your medication prescribed by your doctor, my case is everything gets worse when you have to call in and deal with unnecessary issues. On a final note I love the staff in Columbus there are awesome for that is why I’m still a patient there .
