Summit Podiatry

My mother-in-law just saw Dr Bachman. He couldn't have been nicer! The front office staff was wonderful as well. Yes, there was a wait, but what doctor in Wilmington doesn't have a wait these days.

Googled their website and filled out-request an appointment. Apparently either they don’t need more clients or the staff places very little value in customer service. Who company thinks it’s a great idea not to respond to appointment request via their website? Fortunately, another local podiatry clinic responded within a few minutes.

My initial visit went very well - the level of professionalism was satisfactory. It was a week after receiving a diagnosis and prescription that I encountered a problem. Insurance approval was needed from my prescriber before my pharmacy could fill the script. When I contacted my pharmacy about the matter, I was told they faxed the insurance approval form to Summit Podiatry the same day the prescription was written. After waiting an entire week and after contacting the clinical staff and leaving a voicemail - to still have no prescription filled, no prescriber following up on the matter, and after having been treated rudely by their office receptionist (who advised she doesn't handle insurance claims and could only leave a note on the desk of the person who does...), I am leaving a 2 star

Dr Pantiel is a very knowledgeable Dr and surgeon. I have been under his care for over a year and I offer nothing but good advice to go see him if you have any foot issues!!!
