Summit Pediatrics

As a parent, I feel incredibly grateful to have Summit Pediatrics in the Niagara Falls and Lewiston area. The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, and truly listen, which makes you feel heard and supported. Knowing I can call at any time—day or night—and get help during an emergency gives me so much peace of mind. They are always available, always willing to help, and they accept all insurances. Summit Pediatrics genuinely cares about children and families, and our community is so lucky to have them.

I’ve had issues with this dr office from day 1!! Unfortunately my children’s dr retired and I had to switch them. This was the closest office to my home that took my insurance at the time! Our 1st appointment was horrible! We showed up early (as they asked me to, to fill out whatever paperwork that needed to be done) when I got there the receptionist was CLEARLY having a bad day! When I went to check in she told me we never had an appointment so I had to make another appointment. Then the next day I get a call saying we no showed!?!? Anywho! Fast forward to we moved out of state, I called to have my daughter shot records sent to the new school and the new Dr down here. I’m just now finding out the didn’t send the full file. When I called to have them resend it I was told no they would not

I have been bringing my children here for 17 years, and the change from Dr. Gadawski to Dr. Robert Kuchuk has been a major disappointment. Dr. Kuchuk is consistently rude and arrogant, interrupting and talking over parents instead of listening. He assumes he already knows the issue while using ChatGPT, without allowing full explanation. His dismissive and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable, and I will not be bringing my children back under his care.

Do NOT take your children here! They are only for your money and not the health of your child!!! Begun taking my newborn son there and hated it. The receptionists are rude and couldn't be bothered. My husband and I brought up multiple concerns to the dr and he brushed us off every time saying they were "normal for a baby". We ended up at children's hospital and was told that our concerns were extremely valid and that things were NOT normal. Found out he was no where near gaining the weight that he should be and they were extremely concerned. Summit made no comment to us about this (literally was in the office a week prior for an appointment) and we had been told that as long as he gained weight they weren't concerned by the amount and frequency of him spitting up constantly. It’s been 8 years since my daughter started seeing Summit Pediatrics as her primary care provider. They’ve been there for all her sicknesses and problems, and we love all the doctors and staff there. They’re always so nice and helpful. We just stopped by today to see Dr. Kuchuk, and he was able to fix my daughter’s emergency problem. After taking twice the medicine he prescribed, she’s already feeling much better. We trust Summit Pediatrics completely. We’re so lucky to have them taking care of our daughter as she grows up. On a side note, we miss Dr. Ulatowski a lot. He retired last year, and we saw his Koala on the wall today. My daughter always mentioned how much she loved his stethoscope, and it was a nice reminder of him.
