Summit Orthopedics with Urgent Care Eden Prairie

Dr. Brooks is absolutely amazing! As someone that has never had surgery or even stitches and was super anxious, Brooks made me feel so much relief. He knew what he was doing, is very comforting, really cares about you, and is with you every step of the way. Sophia was also absolutely amazing and deserves extra recognition for how amazing of a person she is and the comfort and love she gave to me and my family. Wouldn’t have wanted anyone else with me along the way!

I was pleasantly surprised when Summit found an opening for me within a week in Dr. Freehill’s booked schedule. Other than the difficulty finding the office in Eden Prairie, everything went great from the receptionist to, of course, Dr. Freehill! Physical therapy recommended but no (Yea!) damage to my implant! I’ll be back in two months. : )

Dr. Overman and her team are great! I had surgery for De Quervain's a few months ago and it feels so much better. Would highly recommend coming here. I'm really happy with the results

I appreciated the care of the doctor, but I was seen on a weekend at an "urgent care" with urgent in the name. I called first and talked to someone to double check "my insurance will not cover this unless it is billed as urgent care, not a standard office visit." I was assured, they billed as urgent care, not standard office. This was a lie. I called to ask what can be done and was told to write a letter of grievance, I did. I don't think they even read it because it mentioned they don't bill as an ER? Which I never asked them to do... They rejected any resolution. This is going to cost me hundreds of dollars that I don't have and I am incredibly frustrated by the lack of understanding and accountability for misleading me. Pretty heartless. The facility was lovely and the doctor was kind.

Dr Freehill and his team are excellent! Always willing to listen and offer insights into the why’s & how’s things can be done. My new shoulder is amazing! No pain at all and I can do darn near everything without any discomfort. People need to listen to the instructions and do what they say. I was totally faithful, doing my exercises as instructed and not doing anything they told me not to do. If it hurts when you do the exercises, let them know! You could be doing something wrong & they can easily fix it. If you don’t do the exercises, you could end up with a problem that the Dr can’t fix!
