Summit Medical Group

I have always had great experiences with Summit Medical at any of the locations I go to. I use this office, specifically Amber Gussoni, as my Primary Care. She is very friendly and personable and genuinely cares about her patients. Dawn, one of the nurses is also awesome! She always greets me immediately when I walk in and remembers my name. The little things go a long way! The rest of the staff here is awesome too! I definitely recommend Summit Medical to anyone looking!

I've had such a great experience with all departments of Summit Medical Group. Their nurses, doctors and receptionists have all gone above and beyond for me. It's hard to find that nowadays. Every time that I come to this office, I feel that my health is in good hands. Amber Gussoni is my NP and I couldn't be happier with her. She always walks in with a smile on her face and has a great bedside manner. She is incredibly skilled at her job and gets me in and out quickly. Everyone I've had the pleasure of encountering here has been friendly and knowledgeable. Their Behavioral Health department is also top notch. I love that they're technology friendly with their "in app" intake forms that can be completed before my appointment, I can easily access my health information via the app and it als

Just can't do it any more. Every 3 months I have to beg for my refill prescriptions to hear them say the pharmacy never called them. My pharmacy says they never call them back. I believe the pharmacy - selling drugs is their job. And the snotty attitude of the front staff and office manager frosted me numerous times. Cindy lied today saying my prescription is a controlled substance but that one was at the pharmacy. Finally, they forgot my shingles booster during my return visit a few months ago. I bet they think I'm responsible for remembering. I'm done. Summit Medical is a giant, impersonal conglomerate only concerned with paying down their acquisition debt.

Bad medical practice. I saw Dr. Anjali Chand for annual check up and got an additional charge for office visit. I called them and was told it’s because they gave me prescription for hyper tension. This is the first time physician booked an extra office charge for giving me prescription that should be covered in the annual check up. Very fishy insurance billing practice. The doctor I used in the past never did that. This was my first time seeing Dr Chand and Summit Health due to my doctor was not available in Dec last year. I will never use that doctor and medical office again.

Appalling. I will not go to Summit Medical Group.They called 90 minutes before my first appointment to cancel. The Doctor, they said, was overbooked. That Doctor they told me had no other appointments available for the next 3 weeks. They suspiciously offered a different Doctor available whenever I wanted throughout the day but at a different location. Very suspicious.
