I just got off the phone with the very pleasant Amanda. I sent my handpieces in on Friday and here it is Monday and she said they will ship out today. Now that is great customer service! I live clear across the country in Washington state but after reading the other reviews and seeing that the company was family owned I thought I would give them a try. The estimate was what they had listed on their website and they called ahead of time to let me know what the total cost would be. They have a 6 month guarantee on their work as well. I am really happy to have found this company and look forward to a long term relationship.
