If I could give a zero I would. The emergency room providers almost let me die. I filed a formal complaint/grievance several weeks ago and a young lady called me to ask what I was looking to get out of the complaint. I told her I wanted them to investigate and tell me what actions they have put into place to keep this from happening to someone else. She said she would let me know but it might take a couple days. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard anything. Hospitals have to respond in writing within 7 days and a final letter within 30 days. I’m not sure why I thought they would do the right thing! If you have a choice go somewhere else.

The rehab floor is being ran as an ER/nursing home and is unequipped. There are patients that should not have even been admitted to that floor and are kept there instead of being transferred to ER, they are also only putting one person to work the whole floor..isn’t there supposed to be a patient/nurse ratio for quality of care? They are very understaffed

Summit medical hospital is a great beautiful hospital, has all care team's for all my needs ,from birth ,to teen's and elderly I've been going here for over 8yrs. I first here when first built in 90s I highly recommend them and the great ER area I revisited yesterday , excellent in every thing they do and survices.

Beautiful hospital! I love that they have a valet to park your car! Have gone there for years, from doctor appointments to surgery! Great parking lot space, as well :) Excellent hospital and highly recommend! :)

I have been here since early this morning I'm in a room in the ER they don't have a room for me I have been admitted I'm very uncomfortable I can't go get my suitcase out of the car I would really like to talk to a head nurse I am in Room 14 and they are I will not be back
