Summit Healthcare Pharmacy

This pharmacy is an extension of complete healthcare. Technicians Ashley and Crysteal are very knowledgeable and caring. Pharmacist Roger is always available to answer any questions. By far the best pharmacy on the mountain!

This pharmacy is great. All of the employees are really wonderful and clearly care about patients. They go above and beyond what you'd expect from a pharmacy regularly. I worked in pharmacy once upon a time ages ago, so I know what the bare minimum looks like versus the kind of great service this pharmacy provides. I've liked this pharmacy ever since I starting using them (maybe 2 years ago-ish). The location is convenient, they're fast, and there's rarely a long line. I decided last month I needed to leave a review though after I feel like they really helped me out. Staff stepped in and helped me track down missing prescription orders that my provider sent to the wrong pharmacy. I've seen them go out of their way for other patients as well.

Even though I have been a customer before, since my last time was not recent enough, they said in order for me to get a prescription filled there I would have to fill 4 additional prescriptions. Entirely unreasonable. I guess they were upset because I have been giving my business to another pharmacy but this makes my reasons for switching pretty obvious, right? Not only do they care VERY little, they take all day long to fill prescriptions.That's why they have to bully people for business.

Sad to see the pharmacy getting hate for a patients own lack of reading comprehension. Read the posted notices before having a meltdown
