SUMMIT HEALTHCARE PHARMACY

My mom had hospital send prescription for urgent antibiotics this past Monday 1/19. I called left message around 9am, spoke with someone around noon and was told medication will be delivered in the afternoon before 4pm, mom called around 4pm and I called again and went to voicemail. Medication was never delivered and call to explained why or any delays. This is not the first time my mom had issues with this pharmacy (which I guess is associated with Billstra Pharmacy in Paterson). This is how this pharmacy treats their seniors and urgent means whenever to them. Both pharmacies are incapable of providing customer care/support and obviously incapable of delivering medications on time.

The storefront looks like it should be in the setting of the next Mad Max installment. What little merchandise is actually in there is extremely overpriced. Techs have no clue when script orders will arrive, which seems concerning when you’re dealing with people’s medicine. Real shame this local business can’t do better.

I visited a friend in Jersey city, NJ last Saturday and needed to fill an urgent prescription. I stopped by this pharmacy and was impressed by how friendly and professional the entire team was. I truly appreciate the staff’s helpfulness and excellent service thank you again!!

Pharmacy has a new owner he’s filling up the store with new exciting merchandise and the team is friendly & helpful. They made me so happy I switched pharmacies!

I gave the pharmacy 1 star just because I had to rate it. They made a big deal about me not having my mothers pill bottle or the receipt that noted only receiving a partial refill just to discover that they didn’t have the medication at all! Aren’t things like this supposed to be in their notes?! Things happen BUT you didn’t have the medication on 4/15 and still don’t have it today?! When inquiring about the medication OVER THE PHONE, why not tell me then?! And THEN when I asked why the gentleman tell me over the phone that they didn’t have the medication, THE LADY AND MAN IGNORED ME! HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was not hostile in my tone or body language. I didn’t curse. I didn’t hit anything or threaten anyone so WHY be so rude?! I had a terrible experience today. I hope no one ever
