Always a great experience. No scheduling, walk-in, no hassle five minute wait in total. Checking in was a breeze. Best staff ever, I've been going to Greenwich location for 8 years and the mid aged lady at the front desk is AMAZING...I wish I knew her name. The nurse and doctor unbelievable. Love this location.
I had an ear blockage and it was taken care of with ease and kindness at Summit Health- West Putnam office. Front reception was welcoming and accurate with my expected wait time; Angela- intake nurse was lovely and personable; Jason- Doctor -was efficient, thorough, and explained everything that he was doing to unblock my ear. Entire experience was professional and compassionate. Highly recommend this clinic.
Dr. Jason had such a high EQ bedside manner! I realize it was routine visit with my daughter but he was very thorough and was working with her in the moment. Such a great visit!
Dr. Andrew Wan was so informative and caring. He clearly explained things to me so that I could make an informed choice about my care. Fantastic experience. Best I've had at Urgent Care.
