I had an excellent experience with James Farrelly, MD for my da Vinci robotic appendectomy. He paid close attention to detail throughout the entire process and clearly took great care to ensure the best outcome. I felt confident in his expertise and genuinely felt that my recovery mattered to him. I would highly recommend him and am very grateful for the care I received.

Dr. Farrelly took the time to go over my medical history in regards to my Hernia Surgery in the near future!! He went over a previous CT SCAN to show where my Hernia was in relation to my Transplanted Kidney in my right Hip. He went over the possible was the Procedure would be performed. I felt completely comfortable with having Dr. Farrelly perform the Hernia Procedure!! Thank You Dr. Farrelly for Your Professionalism and Wonderful Demeanor!! Post Surgery Update! I met with Dr. Farrelly on Wednesday, November 5th for my Post Op Follow Up. Dr. Farrelly's PA checked on my Incision and went over how I was doing. I had a Great meeting with Her and felt all my concerns were addressed! Dr. Farrelly came in to go over what has been going on with me since the Surgery on Thursday, October

Back in March 2025, I made an appointment with Doctor James Farrelly for an umbilical hernia. After getting some imaging tests which detected two more hernias in my groin area, Doctor Farrelly explained the procedure very clearly and answered all my anxious questions with great patience. Post surgery and recovery, Doctor Farrely showed amazing bedside manner by inquiring on a regular basis how I was doing (even took my phone call on a weekend !) and the result was a resounding success ! Doctor Farrelly is a vibrant, compassionate person who loves what he is doing. I would highly recommend him and his great team ! Thank you Doctor Farrelly !
