Summit Health Urgent Care – Eastside

I had a really good experience here when I had to go in for an issue with one of my toes. They were professional, kind, helpful and I was in and out in no time. I was pleasantly surprised and they helped me with my insurance and I would definitely recommend them. I cannot say the same for their urology department, but for the specialty care and their urgent care, I had superb service.

Was billed over $900 after getting an x-ray and cast on my thumb for a small nothing injury. I waited in the room for over an hour just on my phone. I get the bill today and theyre chatting $375 for the cast and xray and $433 for taking more than 30 mins to "examine" my xray I assume? Reason Code 99214 is a JOKE!!! Look that medical code up and tell me these overcrowded urgent cares are charging this???? Go somewhere else unless money's not an issue.

Staff is very kind and quick. Sherrill at the front desk was extremely helpful and patient as we had trouble with my insurance and was able to resolve the issue. Hopefully I won’t need to go to back to Urgent Care anytime soon but if I did, this is where I would go!

Not trying to negate others experiences here but I had a great one! Got a bad finger cut from a kitchen knife on a Wednesday afternoon. I went to their website to notify them I was coming in and was in and out of this urgent care in 40 min. The front desk staff and nurses were great. Dr. Bachtold stitched me up and was so kind the entire time. I live nearby so it’s nice to know I have a wonderful urgent care close if I need it again!

Really wasn't helpful. Gave instructions you can do at home. Which been doing over a week. Would rather instead of you helping get over it, just keep spreading it.
