Why is the phone off ? It doesn’t even ring anymore. Dr. Venetulo is a nice doctor but making an appointment is nearly impossible. Not only is the phone not operational the online portal isn’t working either. Unbelievable

This is the absolute worsted medical office ever. The desk are cold robots. No smiles, no good morning, first greeting words are "you have a balance"....RUDE. The office doesn't appear to busy yet I was there for 2 HOURS for no apparent reason. When ever I call for a question or anything 25 min. wait to answer if they answer! never answer in a respectful time. Dr. Murmelstein is nice but not focusing on the real reason for my visit. He thinks and talks fast , missing the real issue. have been to the office 3x's because I need my medication. I will try another doctor recommendation in the future. This offic'e is a waste of copays and my time. Soooo...unprofessional. I had to give 1 reluctant star to post this other wise i would give -1.

I had a great experience from start to finish. First time patient- got a physical including blood work. Dr. Venutolo was very informative and personable. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment on 4/3/24 with a very nice allergist that I liked and would go back to if not for the office & support staff. It has been 8 days that I have been trying to get thru to someone in the practice to find out the status of my pending approval for the new meds the Dr prescribed. The normal wait time to get someone is 30 min then the call drops during transfer that happened 2X. Leaving messages is fruitless they don't return calls. If you can speak to someone they tell u the person doing that job is not in today. It's pointless to see a Dr at Summit if it's impossible to complete the necessary steps to follow the doctor's prescription. The best doctors in the world can't help you if the follow up is not there.

Scheduled an appointment for my son, gave his d/o/b, insurance info, etc. Received a call today (the day of said appointment) and I was informed that "this doctor does not see children".. I'm sorry did something occur b/t Friday and today? Ironically, my son was 11 when the appointment was made soooooo why schedule the appointment? The receptionist response was " I don't work on Friday's" (meanwhile, she knew exactly who I was because her first statement was this dr doesn't accept 11 yr olds- i hadn't mentioned this yet LOL) hun, i wasn't accusing you, but great way to absolve yourself of any wrongdoing. You mean to tell me the folks that work here are unfamiliar with policy and procedure? Do better. I should have read the reviews prior to.
