I've been going here for many years prior to Summit Health. Staff has always been great, and unfortunately my problems are with upper management. I made an appointment and received a phone call before closing that I would have to be seen in another office because this location will be closed permanently. Made an appointment at a different location and asked if I'd be able to get specific labs drawn. I was told yes. Turns out I needed to be seen as a new patient despite having been seen at Mount Sinai, and I would not be able to get labs drawn that day despite calling the receptionist about needing labs drawn. And here I am surprised that this location is still open despite being told they're closed permanently.

Horrible place..the lady's who answer the phones or 1 in particular was very rude and not helpful. Kept telling me I will get a call back and I never did, over a 2 week period of trying to reach my doctor about a prescription error. I was told by her, "I will have the doctor fix it and you can pick it up today, multiple times over multiple days. She could not even relay the message to my doctor about this as he never called me back. It is very sad, in all my life I have Never had this bad of service which left me without a medication I need, for over a week.. Avoid this place until they fire this lady..always walk into the office when you never get the call they keep telling you to wait for, after 2 days drive there , walk in and talk to the doctor face to face as this lady is an incomp
