Dental365 – Mt. Sinai

I had nine teeth removed in this office today. I have to say that Dr. Ragucci(hope that's the right spelling) and his assistant Arielle, were absolutely amazing! They put all my fears to rest and made a very uncomfortable procedure absolutely easy and pain free! It's now hours later and I have to say, following all my instructions from them, I am still pain free! I would recommend this dental office to everyone, especially those that are scared of the dentist. Trust me, you'd be in more than capable hands! Even the great ladies at the front desk were awesome and beyond helpful! Thank you for a great experience!

I have to say that Ralph Ragucci is the best and I am glad that I found him. He is very patient, professional, highly educated and skilled in his profession. He caught decay and cavities my previous dentist did not pickup on. He went up and beyond the call of duty to investigate a tooth I was having problems with after a recent root canal. He listened to my concerns, examined my tooth, xrays and disc scans, redid the core buildup on the tooth and had a new porcelain cap thats just beautiful made. He wanted to make sure I was happy after he saw what I went through with this tooth and previous dentist! I highly recommend him. You wont be dissappointed.

I recently visited Dental365 Mt. Sinai as I was in need of a new night retainer. My visit was extremely thorough, the office was clean, and every staff member was a joy to be around. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Rugucci & Ariel were professional, fast, and amazing. I was scared and they were very nice to me. Quick & painless process to have a tooth extraction. They saw me emergently on a Saturday and helped me right away. Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful from the time I got there until I left. 10/10.

Made an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and they fit me right in. Dr. Ragucci and Arielle were amazing, and Caryn at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Great experience! This is my new dentist!
