Summit Dental Hot Springs

I HIGHLY RECCOMEND coming here! They are wonderful! Very patient,pollite,sweet, they listen and will help you in the best ways they can like putting together your plan and helping you figure out the best way to handle the payment etc. Its an awesome place great people and a really mellow calm atmosphere there. I will definitely recommend all my people to this dental office. ALSO I literally didn't think id ever be able to get my smile back but thanks to summit dental and workers I get to have my smile back in just a few short weeks!! Eek so excited!!!

I had a cleaning appointment today at Summit Dental (Friday Nov 7 2025) and i was taken good care of by Courtney. She was excellent, she cleaned my teeth perfectly considering the length of time since my last cleaning. Courtney was very gentle and did a thorough job and i didn't experience any pain whatsoever. Thank you Courtney! The entire staff at Summit Dental is very friendly and kind, they will take good care of you and your dental needs. Thank you all! 2/10/26 Today I returned to Summit Dental for a filling on a very damaged back molar, that had not been treated in a long time. The Dentist and her assistant were able to buildup and then fill the tooth, and by doing so, they gave the tooth a much-needed extension on it's life! Thank you both for taking the extra time to get it

Compassion. Transparency. Professionalism. Are not just things we expect. But they should be the basic standard in ANY healthcare setting, and a dentist office is no different. You never know what people are going through and what battles they are fighting or what makes them the warrior they are today. Therefore I strive to treat everyone with kindness, no matter my personal battles. Compassion and transparency lacked greatly from the FIRST person who greeted me. I was in EXCRUCIATING pain. The lady asked me the same questions over and over. When I offered information to be helpful, I made sure to repeat myself 2x, but again it just didn't register. When asking how certain things work, she skipped over my questions, inserting mindless repetitions of what was already said. At this point

I just had the worst dental experience I've ever had in my life . Poor poor communication ,I almost fell out of the dentist chair that's not secured to the floor, their facility doesn't feel like a dentist office and besides the bars on the windows and the feeling your gonna get robbed by a vagrant going in actually staff is very pleasant but I was given an appointment for 8am . When called to confirm the day before my appointment I was told 3pm. Then the day before my appointment I was told I have a 8am and a 3pm . They told me I needed to pay $1700.00 upfront ...I paid $2000.00. I was treated like a liar when I told her what about the confusion on the appointments and told me " she was looking up the recordings " . I had to change dentist because of my insurance. The Summit Dental group, Dr. Weaver and staff are all friendly and professional. They have answered all my questions. I actually like going to the dentist 😁. That's Hi Praise coming from someone that doesn't like the profession😬.
