Hot Springs National Park Dental Group

I chipped off half of my front tooth. I’ve had issues with other dentist that have wasted hours trying to fix it but instead just shaved it back, made a composite repair that never felt right and which eventually just broke within weeks…. Not HS dental group. They had me in and out with a fixed tooth in 10 min. Staff were extremely friendly and certainly knowledgeable. Truly the best experience I’ve had at a dental office.

I came in for a second opinion! I have been a client at another facility in Hot Springs that made me feel like a charity case due the type of insurance I have! I felt like a cow at a cattle auction and rushed through and sent on my way with no real Personal Care or Concern for me! I can tell you that from just entering the door at Hot Springs Dental Group I was impressed!! Clean, smelt of fresh flowers and was greeted with the biggest smiles and upmost of respect!! Didn’t wait long and was called back to have my X-rays and general exam! Dr Matone came in and Shook my hand introduced himself! After a very thorough examination and a conversation of what I was wanting for my end result! We reached a mutual consensus and formed a gang plan! It has been several years since I needed the services of a dentist and I was pleasantly surprised. I couldn't ask for a better procedure. The doctor and assistant went out of the way to insure I was comfortable. My memories of the dentist chair was shattered. There was absolutely no pain, and it took very little time. I was extremely pleased. The reception and business office personnel were also exceptional. I highly recommend HSNP dental to anyone needing these services.

The office is very welcoming as you walk in the door. My dental assistant was very knowledgeable and down to earth. My issues were handled professionally but friendly and "down to earth"". no pressure!! My dentist took the time out to answer my questions assure me on issues. "Van Bebber! , likable and down to earth Doc" Last but no least kelsey(sp.) was very helpful and welcoming!!

I have been going to Hot Springs National Park Dental Group for over 10 years. Have had cleanings, fillings, root canal and crowns done. And work has been conducted with great care.The Office Staff, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants and Dentists are amazing!! Very friendly and curtious. Would highly recommend this Dental Office.
