The office is clean and the staff is fine. Ashley did my X-rays and she was great. Took her time to explain everything and was super kind. Not to mention the office was beyond cold and Ashley made sure to get me comfortable. The downside about this office is simply the cost. If you can afford it- then great. Unfortunately, it was way out of my budget and it just didn’t make sense to me to get a deep clean for +$900 with insurance when I’ve had a deep clean elsewhere for a lot less. They mentioned a fancy laser process to clean your quadrants which is $155/each. I asked if this was optional and they said it was highly recommended but it was definitely pricey. Amazing & friendly staff. I'm someone that deals with bad anxiety especially when sitting in the dentist chair. But while visiting the office I was calm and felt comfortable. Everyone is so patient and makes sure you are well taken care of.

I've been coming to Summerwood Smiles for a couple of years and have always been warmly welcomed at the reception area, greeted by the hygienists, dental assistants, and the dentist herself. It's rare to sit in the waiting room for more than five or 10 minutes, so I'm pleased with their efficiency as well. When I'm being examined, every step in the process is explained fully, even warning me when my chair will be raised or lowered during a cleaning. The staff take time to answer my questions and do a great job of looking at my teeth and making care recommendations. The whole place is spotless, including the restrooms. I'm very comfortable with Summerwood Smiles as my dental home.

First, I want to say that I truly love the staff at Summerwood Smile Dentistry. However, my experience today was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I had a root canal done by Ali Ehsan, DDS, and his bedside manner was very unprofessional. From the moment he came in, he was extremely pushy, rough, and dismissive. His tone and behavior made me feel as though I was expected to stay silent, hold still, and not express any pain or discomfort so he could just get the procedure done. A temporary placeholder was placed in my mouth, and I immediately felt pain. When I tried to show him that it hurt, he did not adjust it. Instead, he told me I could reschedule because he just wanted to finish. At that point, I wanted to get up and leave, but I was already numb and lying upside down in the chair.

Started with Ashley bringing me in and taking my x-rays. Wonderful girl. Then my DDS Rachal Liverman and her assistant Whitney, they set the standard. With the lightest of touch and so considerate to my feelings, they continued asking me how I am doing and what they will be doing next. I had a 6 hr. procedure and they did not switch up not once, kept the pace and productivity was meant. Thank you again for understanding my needs, I am a 18 wheeler that does OTR for a month, they embraced it and knocked me out instead of like other places, would have scheduled me for the other half another day. I will be returning for my bottom next. God bless you ladies and keep that standard bar set high. You’ve accomplished that hands down. 🫡
