Summers Pharmacy of Butler

I don’t mind coming here for my medication but I’m a diabetic and have sensors. My Dr switched my sensor due to complications with Dexcom before my insurance could even respond yes or no one the pharmacist msg me and said insurance wouldn’t pay. Fortunately i have strong communication with my doctors office and was told they didn’t have time to approve it. I asked that this particular prescription be moved to Walmart. Since Summers already showed me, they didn’t want to fill it. It was an automatic insurance wouldn’t cover it from Summers. They didn’t even give them time to respond. It’s almost like Summers wanted me to have the Dexcom instead of the Libre 3that my doctor had prescribed. The staff are very kind and helpful, the drive through is handled well, and the delivery is quick and at a low price.

I can't say enough good things about them...you get your prescriptions quickly never having to wait in long lines, a wonderful staff always willing to help you and they even do home delivery!! Thanks for doing such a great job!!

Usually I get good service but the last three days I have been in hospital due to an accident unfortunately I gave the the script so I would have it when I awaoke And I know the close early but anyway I dropped of script being there before getting scripts they knew I was on disabilty and have had iffy attitude but what ever this time it was almost like she rolled her eyes at me then whileI was waiting she said you paying cast for these as if I were trying to scam them or I was on drugs then the other lady found my insurance on file so I was going but because I was made to feel unwelcome I decided thisbwould be my last visit here and while getting my medsband the gentel man who had my scripts and I had him the money and as doing so I told them this would be my last time coming here the conv

Excellent service. Soooo much better than Walmart.
