No need to worry about me anymore I will be switching absolutely everything over to Cleveland Clinic I am so unbelievably unsatisfied and upset with every single service I got from Summa health. I will make note that your guyses walking appointment for getting simple test done was very easy and simple and the workers were happy to help. But all the way on the top floor every single doctor as well as every single receptionist was terrible. Not only were they too lazy to type in my insurance card that I had on my phone and it is an official document with the front and the back but when I came in before somebody was an hour late and it was no problem from them to be taken but when I was 15 minutes late because I was downstairs trying to get ahead of things and get my blood results taken becau
My doctor ordered an x ray and advised me to have it done in the same bldg. as her office. I went to the department 2 times DURING posted business hours of 6:30 - 4:00, both times I was told that imaging was closed...the times I arrived at were 3:53 and 3:27, both times I was told I couldn't have the x ray done. I had to leave work early both times to get this x ray. The final time I went to the department for my x ray at 6:35am and I was told I was the first patient to be done. I waited until 7:25 am for my x ray and the tech told me she doesn't arrive until 7:00 am and she had to turn on the machine. Now, 4 days later, I still don't have the results, and the office tells me that radiology is behind. I have worked in medical imaging for nearly 29 years and I find this incredibly unp
I have been coming to Medina Primary Care for years. I was informed my primary doctor was retiring in April 2025 and I was assigned a new physician and scheduled a routine check up before I left the office for Sept 2025. Arrived this morning at 7:30 am to NO appointment, it was canceled in March by the office but I was not notified. Apparently they only reach out via MyChart, which I don’t use (see too many specialists out of Summa network) so I was not aware of cancellation. Terrible customer service. Very rude front desk person. I can see a nurse practitioner on October 23 and take time off work but will not be able to meet my primary care dr this year. Summa needs to do better.
I absolutely love my primary care doctor. Unfortunately through a series of events I'm fed up with the healthcare system. In February I went in for a mammogram. They needed extra imaging so I made that appointment. I waited almost 3 months for them to have an appointment available. The morning of my appointment (within 2 hours) they called and cancelled. Said their tech didn't come in. Okay, fine. Let's reschedule. 3 months they said I'd have to wait again. Um...no. that's not how that should work. I did not reschedule. After a few days of my bf asking me to reschedule, I did and that appointment is coming up soon. I'm waiting for them to cancel again. On an unrelated note, I injured myself at work. Horrible Patty at the front desk Who answers the phone. Rude , mean Shouldn’t be working with people. The check in process is terrible , misleading. No one asked me anything. I checked in on the wrong terminal . Apparently. She told me the mammogram dept went home . How nice . Extremely rude, poor demeanor , sarcastic. Didn’t care what happened didn’t try to help. I’ll never go there again for anything .
