Sullivan and Turner Medford

I am new to this practice, and am extremely happy with my choice. Recommended to me by a co-worker, and being someone who has really spent most of my adult life, looking for a "great" Dentist, I feel as if I've struck gold! You can tell by their banter and laughs they all really respect each other and also make the visit fun. They have accommodated me along the way with some unexpected visits that I needed. I strongly recommend Dr. Sullivan and staff!

I fell ill with covid 2 weeks ago and the same week I found out I postponed my dental appointment to a later date. Unfortunately, later my baby fell ill as well despite my best efforts to quarantine away from her. I was frantic and worried about my baby's health and so I did not get to postpone the appointment I made due to taking her to doctor's visits multiple times. I spoke with Jenny at the Medford location who said since I didn't call this time to postpone I will be charged a $50 fee. I explained everything that was happening with my baby to her, made it clear how sorry I was and was even willing to provide proof in the form of covid tests and hospital bills to show there was very good reason I didn't get to call and postpone my appointment.
