Not only are the wait times extremely long, but the front desk staff have attitudes and will make faces when you request to see the Dr and not the nurse Practioner. Dr. Bhuchar is an amazing doctor and very caring, but his staff needs training to realize they are working with human beings who are sick and concerned about their own health.

Staff is very nice and nurse Marci is truly amazing but the wait times are ridiculous. It seems like the wait times get longer and longer everytime & the phones are always on "after hours." This past appointment was scheduled with Dr. Bhuchar & the wait was almost 4 hours and that was the last straw for me. It's inconvenient when you have small children stuck in a small room for that long. They get irritable and hungry. I understand pediatrics usually have long wait times but 4 hours is crazy. The staff did apologize and were understanding. I will miss nurse Marci. I give her 5 ⭐️'s🙌 Visits with her were always therapeutic she's a very caring person and great listener overall a great person.

The long wait times are a given here. A minimum of 1 hour. But beyond that, 90% of the time you will not get an appointment with Dr Subodh Bhuchar. You will meet a nurse practitioner, whereas the insurance payment/copay would be charged for meeting with Dr Bhuchar. So the practice is pretty much run on proxy. What is most disappointing is the experience when my son had a severe throat pain which didn’t seem to clear after the first consultation with Dr Bhuchar. I called back anxiously after a few days of the consultation , I was simply told that doctor will come in later and call. Of course, no one called back. I had to take my son to urgent care and finally received appropriate treatment.

Dr Bhuchar and his Nurse Practitioners take time with each patient because they are thorough and truly care about finding the root cause of health issues, educating patients on charges needed to prevent health issues before prescribing medications! My husband and I do not mind waiting because of the personal care and service we receive everyone. This is how Doctors should care for their patients!

If you read the good reviews on here, they're all about the doctor, and that's very true. Dr. Bhuchar is a good doctor (and thus the reason for at least one star), but unless you have any pressing conditions or a complicated disease, you will be seen by a nurse practitioner. My family has been with them for almost 14 years, and the service has gotten considerably worse over time. They're awful at coding for billing. So many calls between them and insurance, and my insurance has also mentioned that this clinic regularly makes mistakes. They're not compassionate or understanding at all if you're in any emergent situations. The wait times are also awful, and the staff is really rude sometimes.
