I had a really positive experience at this healthcare center while helping my family make care decisions for my uncle. Visiting a skilled nursing facility can be stressful, but the staff here made the process much easier and more comforting. I had the chance to speak with the Administrator-in-Training, Mays Karzone, and she was truly wonderful. She was incredibly kind, patient, and easy to talk to. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her warmth and understanding genuinely helped calm my nerves during a difficult moment for our family. This is Dianna Abrams I had to come to this center because I fell down 16 flights of stairs and had to go to the hospital I broke my ankle and two of my fingers. They sent me here for rehab at this center. They helped me to be able to wake again. The care I got was wonderful. There one that takes great pride in caring for each of her patance and is a wonderful CNA her name is. ( Asia ). I Love her so much for her love and care,and compassion. The Rehab part of here is great and very kind, and patient with each of us that need rehabilitation, so that we can go home. Well being here I have met so many wonderful patients and people that work here. At first, I was skeptical when I brought my loved one here. However, once I began working with the medical, nursing, and administrative staff, my skepticism quickly began to fade. The key to having a more positive experience with this facility is to be proactive and involved in your loved one’s care. They are not perfect, but they genuinely work with you to arrive at the best possible solutions. The director is engaged and truly listens. She wastes no time seeking out solutions to whatever issue is at hand. The nurses are responsive and usually stop what they are doing when you have a concern and work to get answers in a timely manner (most of the time). my uncle has been here for almost 3 wks. the staff is very kind and friendly.we have seen good progress with therapy. the administrator, bernadette, is very helpful. knowlegeable. the main thing is to make sure you know your insurance benefits. if you are expecting insurance to pay for everything you will be disappointed. theres copays you need to be prepared for. this is not hospital either so family involvement is good. we like the facility that we will be here for longtermcare.

My sister spent three weeks at the facility. She was there for wound care. The staff was very attentive to her needs, and provided very good care, including PT, OT and speech therapy. She is in much better shape now than before she was admitted. We want to thank everyone who was involved in her care.
