I wanted to give a good review but unfortunately I had to give 1 star review. I had an appointment with Dr. Mona Zaher in March. My insurance required a copy of the copay bill to justify my FLEX spending. I've called her office and left a message to request a copy. Her staff called me back after a week and asked for a fax number. I asked if her staff can email the bill copy because other doctor offices do because I couldn't find a fax number nearby at that time. That staff said they don't do email (!?!?!). So I accepted the Fax option, then she told me I had to fax a writing document saying the request nature, and then they will return with a copy.
