Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience ABSOLUTELY deserves one because Dr. Howard and the staff at Sugar Land Dental Group are top tier. From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm and the office was clean and well organized. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and I didn’t feel like “just another patient” at all. But can we talk about Dr. Howard… She is AMAZING and simply PHENOMENAL. She is gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything step-by-step. I came in with my pain level at a 10 and was incredibly grateful that they were able to see me last minute. Dr. Howard and the team handled my treatment with urgency and expertise, first alleviating my pain, and in a separate appointment completing two root canals and two crowns with the utmost care and precision. From the moment I walked through the door until the time I left, the entire staff ensured I felt heard, supported, and comfortable. I had my annual appointment at Sugar Land Dental. As usual, I was welcomed with a smile. Even though I have good dental hygiene I’m always nervous beforehand. The skill, professionalism, compassion and that big beautiful smile from Dr Howard and her staff are what keeps me, a devoted patient. Manish, the hygenist, does a good job cleaning teeth. Joseline assists Dr Howard. She was helpful. We had a nice light conversation that relaxed me. Once Dr Howard came to examine me I was ready to receive her sweet personality and thorough examination.
