If I could give Dr. Darabeth Kraniak 100 stars, I would. I was very nervous going into my appointment, and she took the time to calmly explain everything and make me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Her approach helped ease years of anxiety, and I truly appreciated how patient and reassuring she was. Dr. Kraniak is professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an OBGYN they can trust!!!

Dr Shaffran is wonderful is so many ways. She is very thorough and takes her time to explain topics and helps me with my issues. I trust her knowledge and experience. I feel lucky having her in my life.

I visited Dr. Paraco for the first time after being with one gynecologist for 35 years who retired. The doctor was very welcoming very thorough asking questions very kind very professional. He did not rush me. He let me talk. I let him talk and it was just a really good experience. I feel that my health will be benefited from seeing a doctor like this..

Was a little nervous and Dr P assured me it was fine. Was very caring and answered my questions. He explained what I needed to do and showed compassion. Would def recommend this Dr and office. The staff was attentive and friendly . The nurse was amazing

PLEASE DO NOT see this group for Obstetric care and pregnancy. As a first time mom, they single hardly destroyed my experience and put me and my baby at risk. I saw NP’s Sharon and Darabeth up until 30 weeks, they were very dismissive and never once put their hands on me to examine me despite questions and concerns. I recurrently asked to see some of the delivering OB’s. I was repeatedly told “they are booked” until finally someone explained that on the contrary they never schedule to the Smithtown office and I would have to drive to Port Jeff to see them, so I did. I saw Dr. Lograno at 36 weeks who suggested I “MAY” want to switch to another group because he was nervous about delivering me with my medical preferences and beliefs, mind you this had been in my chart since my first visit.
