Island Rheumatology and Osteoporosis, PC

When I left my appointment with Dr. Karl I cried tears of relief. After over 10 years of getting no answers I finally felt like someone heard me and was able to see as a human being and not just a number or a patient. The compassionate nature and kindness I felt was so special and important to me, I felt like I finally would understand what was actually wrong with me and maybe start to feel better. I couldn't recommend the practice more. The staff was great and friendly I got in and out quickly but efficiently. The kindness really helped. When you don't feel good all the time it really matters to have someone care. I appreciated it from the bottom of my heart.

The office staff are very knowledgeable. They always strive to resolve any questions or issues in a timely manner and always have a positive attitude. Kyle is the best! He anticipates any question or issues and has an answer before I ask the question! Highly recommend this practice!

The Front desk team is patient, engaging and very helpful. The office atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming - loved the Fall scenery on the TV and soft music. Medical team was totally professional, friendly and took appropriate time to listen, answer questions and suggest any treatments. I especially liked that the physician shook my hand and greeted me in a friendly manner upon entering the exam room.

The PA Kyle fully explained what my condition could be, the tests being ordered and why. Kyle was friendly, professional and cared about the patient. He answered all my questions. I also saw Scott for my ultrasound and he was equally friendly professionally caring and fully explained everything to me. I did not wait more than 5-10 minutes for each appointment which indicates they care about patients time.

I met with Kyle the PA. He was very nice & thorough. I really like this office & feel very confident with all the staff at both locations. I do get a bit frustrated with the phone situation, often can not get thru and often need to call back numerous times & leave many messages.
